Amendment #496 to H4200

for support of LBGTQ Youth

Representatives Mannal of Barnstable and Provost of Somerville moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0950-0050, in line four, by inserting after the word "Law"  the following:

"and further provided that not less than $100,000 shall be used implement a statewide anti-bullying marketing campaign intended to promote inclusion and acceptance of transgender youth";

and in said item by striking out the figures "$500,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$600,000".
