Amendment #511 to H4200

Conservation Restriction for Mainstone Farm in Wayland

Representatives Gentile of Sudbury and Walsh of Framingham move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, by inserting after the words “rink season” the following:-

"provided further that no less than $200,000 shall be allocated to the Town of Wayland for the purchase of a Conservation Restriction on Mainstone Farm”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$37,408,430” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$37,608,430”.
