Bristol County Fire Chiefs

Representatives Haddad of Somerset, Poirier of North Attleborough, Barrows of Mansfield, Cabral of New Bedford, D'Emilia of Bridgewater, Heroux of Attleboro, Howitt of Seekonk, Koczera of New Bedford, Markey of Dartmouth, O'Connell of Taunton, Orrall of Lakeville, Schmid of Westport, Silvia of Fall River and Straus of Mattapoisett move to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 8324-0000, in line 24, by inserting after the word “program” the following: “;provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Fire Chiefs Association of Bristol County to develop, upgrade and maintain the emergency radio communications system in Bristol County, and to provide equipment and training support to the Regional Technical Rescue Team in Bristol County”; and in said item by striking out the figures “20,799,781” and inserting in place thereof the figures “20,899,781”.
