Amendment #522 to H4200

Foster Care Reimbursement

Representatives Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Cariddi of North Adams, Dwyer of Woburn, Rogers of Cambridge, Khan of Newton, Barber of Somerville, Gonzalez of Springfield and Decker of Cambridge move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4800-0038, in line 13, by inserting after the word "programs"  the following: " provided further that the daily reimbursement rate for foster care parents shall be increased to an average of $35 per day"; and in said item by striking out the figures "282,777,853" and inserting in place thereof the figures "312,777,853"
