Amendment #526 to H4200

Hingham District Court

Mr. Murphy of Weymouth moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 0332-0100, in line 10, by inserting after “Canon 3(A)6” the following: “provided further that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for capital improvements at Hingham district court.”; and in said item by striking out the figure “ $65,854,290” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$66,004,290”.
