Representatives Moran of Lawrence, Devers of Lawrence and DiZoglio of Methuen move to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after item 9700-0000 the following item: “xxxx-xxxx- $50,000  for Arlington Community Trabajando  of Lawrence for the purpose of community development initiatives, affordable housing, foreclosure prevention, first time homebuyer education, family financial literacy, business and youth development”.
