Amendment #552 to H4200

Acute Care Specialty Hospital

Mr. Livingstone of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

Section XX: Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the acute hospital liability as defined in Section 67 of Chapter 118E for acute care hospitals with an Emergency Department open 24 hours a day and seven days a week that only provide specialty care shall not increase in fiscal year 2017.
