Mr. Ashe of Longmeadow moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0640-0300, in line 4, by inserting after "of chapter 10 of the General Laws;" the following: "provided that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for technology/software enhancement and operation to improve the patron experience of The Springfield Performing Arts Development Corporation"
