Amendment #557 to H4200

Plymouth County Dredging Program

Representatives D'Emilia of Bridgewater, Gifford of Wareham, Cantwell of Marshfield, Muratore of Plymouth, Orrall of Lakeville, Cutler of Duxbury and Diehl of Whitman move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, in line 10, after the word “Fund;”, the following:

“provided further that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to Plymouth County for the purposes of the Plymouth County Dredging Program”.;

and in said item by striking out the figures “$5,240,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$5,390,000”.
