Amendment #574 to H4200

Beach Access Conservation Plan

Representatives Peake of Provincetown, Schmid of Westport, Vieira of Falmouth, Vincent of Revere, Gifford of Wareham, Hunt of Sandwich, Madden of Nantucket, Benson of Lunenburg, Cutler of Duxbury, McMurtry of Dedham and Mannal of Barnstable move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2310-0300, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the purpose of implementing the statewide habitat conservation plan to increase recreational opportunities and shorebird conservation on the Commonwealth’s beaches".
