John Adams Innovation Institute Fund

Mr. Wagner of Chicopee moves to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after item 7002-0017 the following item:- “7002-0032 For a transfer to the John Adams Innovation Institute Fund established in section 6A of chapter 40J of the General Laws . . . $3,000,000".
