Amendment #650 to H4200

Massachusetts Hospital School Bed Minimum

Representatives Galvin of Canton and Kafka of Stoughton move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4590-0915, in line 3, by inserting after the words "pharmacy services," the following: "provided further, that the Massachusetts Hospital School shall maintain not less than 120 beds for clients in its inpatient setting to the extent feasible within the appropriation".
