Amendment #654 to H4200

Braintree's Community Partnership on Substance Abuse

Mr. Cusack of Braintree moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200 by inserting after “courts” the following: “; provided further that no less than $150,000 shall be expended to the town of Braintree for Braintree’s Community Partnership on Substance Abuse”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$126,588,987” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$126,738,987”.
