Retirement Systems and Pensions Percentage

Mr. Cusack of Braintree moves to amend the bill by adding the following section: “SECTION XXX. Section 22 (8) (c½) of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 5, the number and words “2 percentage points” and replacing it with the number and words “3 percentage points”.
