Amendment #660 to H4200

RAFT Program

Representatives Finn of West Springfield, Cantwell of Marshfield, Sannicandro of Ashland, Ashe of Longmeadow, Tosado of Springfield, Gonzalez of Springfield, Khan of Newton and Gordon of Bedford move to amend section 2, in item 7004-9316, by adding at the end the following:  "and provided further, that payments shall be advanced to the administering agencies at the end of each month and prior to the next month's disbursement, the amount to the estimated based on the prior month's expenditure with a reconciliation not less than annually".
