Amendment #669 to H4200

An Amendment modernizing the State Sick Time Policy

Representatives Diehl of Whitman and DeCoste of Norwell move to amend the bill by inserting the following section:

"SECTION XX. The Massachusetts Human Resources Division shall promulgate regulations to amend the vacation accrual policies of “special employees” as defined by Chapter 150E of the General Laws so as to be limited to 64 days.".
