Mr. Holmes of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section: "SECTION XXXX.

Section 99 of Chapter 272 of the General Laws is hereby amended in Section 3 in the definition of “intercepting device” by adding at the end thereof the following sentence:--

A camera with audio recording capability mounted in a marked police vehicle or on the person of a uniformed police officer will not constitute a “intercepting device.”
