An Amendment to eliminate the Nursing Home Bed Tax

Representatives Diehl of Whitman and DeCoste of Norwell move to amend the bill by inserting the following section:

SECTION XXXX. Section 63 of Chapter 118E of the General Laws is hereby repealed.
