Section XXXX. Section 8B of Chapter 90, as so appearing in the 2014 Official Edition of the General Laws, is hereby amended by inserting in line 19 after the word “however,” the following words:-  that such parts of the examination shall always include at least one question that tests knowledge of how to interact safely with cyclists and pedestrians; provided, however,
