Mitigating noise pollution, light pollution and crime

Representatives Diehl of Whitman and Cutler of Duxbury move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by adding at the end the following: “provided further that no less than $50,000 shall be expended for a stockade fence to be constructed along the northbound side of Massachusetts State Highway Route 18 the distance between Thayer Street and Colburn Lane in the Town of Abington”.
