Representatives Gonzalez of Springfield, Puppolo of Springfield, Tosado of Springfield, Velis of Westfield and Swan of Springfield move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0036, by inserting at the end the following: “provided further that not less than $50,000 be expended to the Springfield Regional  Chamber”; to promote technical assistance to small businesses".
