Haitian American Public Health Initiative (HAPHI)

Mr. Cullinane of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting in the Department of Public Health section, after line item 4590-2001, the following new line item XXXX-XXXX, "Provided that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to fund the Haitian American Public Health Initiative (HAPHI) to provide vital healthcare and education services to thousands of families and children in the Haitian community in the City of Boston and Town of Milton."
