Amendment #793 to H4200

Behavioral Health Inpatient Payments I

Mr. Scaccia of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-0500, by adding the following:-

"; provided further, that of the amount allocated in this line item, not less than $3,000,000 shall be allocated for inpatient providers in the PCC mental health and substance abuse plan”.
