Amendment #798 to H4200

Disabilities Commission Expansion

Mr. Scaccia of Boston moves to amend the bill by inserting after Section 47 the following section:-

Section X. Section 8J of chapter 40 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 22, the word "nine" and inserting in place thereof the following:- "thirteen".
