Amendment #827 to H4200

Aid to Incarcerated Mothers

Representatives Fox of Boston, Decker of Cambridge, Keefe of Worcester, Sannicandro of Ashland and Khan of Newton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8900-0001, in line number 25, by inserting after the word “security” the following: "provided further that no less than $200,000 shall be funded to the Aid to Incarcerated Mothers program." And in said item by striking out the figures “$569,138,538" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$600,000,000"
