Amendment #86 to H4200

Gold Star Families State Memorial

Representatives Silvia of Fall River, Schmid of Westport, Haddad of Somerset, Fiola of Fall River and Howitt of Seekonk moves to amend the bill after section 50 by adding the following section:

“Section XXXX. Chapter 2 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following section: Section 62. The Gold Star Families Memorial Monument located in Bicentennial Park in the city of Fall River shall be the official Gold Star Families Memorial Monument of the commonwealth.”
