Lancaster Town Beach Handicap Accessibility

Mr. Naughton of Clinton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, by adding at the end thereof the following: “provided further, that no less than $43,000 be provided to the Town of Lancaster for handicap accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act regulations at the Town Beach located at Big Spectacle Pond, including ramp access to the bathroom and beach.”
