Amendment #877 to H4200

Public Higher Education FY17 Collective Bargaining Funding

Representatives Pignatelli of Lenox, DiZoglio of Methuen, Ehrlich of Marblehead, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Garballey of Arlington, Provost of Somerville, Schmid of Westport, Tucker of Salem and Vega of Holyoke move to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after item 1599-3856, the following items:

"1599-4440 For a reserve to meet the fiscal year 2017 costs of salary adjustments and other economic benefits authorized by collective bargaining agreements with the state universities and the executive branch and ratified by the general court $8,312,451.

1599-4441 For a reserve to meet the fiscal year 2017 costs of salary adjustments and other economic benefits authorized by collective bargaining agreements with the community colleges and the executive branch and ratified by the general court $3,681,151.

1599-4444 For a reserve to meet the fiscal year 2017 costs of salary adjustments and other economic benefits authorized by collective bargaining agreements with the University of Massachusetts and the executive branch and ratified by the general court $15,243,813”.
