Representatives Hay of Fitchburg, DiZoglio of Methuen, Gonzalez of Springfield, Ultrino of Malden, Devers of Lawrence, Mom of Lowell, Tosado of Springfield, Benson of Lunenburg, Moran of Lawrence and Rosa of Leominster move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0042, by striking out the figures “10,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “20,000,000”.
