Berlin Accessible Rail Trail System and Handicap Trails

Mr. Naughton of Clinton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, by adding at the end thereof the following: “provided further, that no less than $50,000 be provided for an accessible trail system including connecting to the DCR's Rail Trail System as well as handicap nature trails in the Town of Berlin.”
