Representatives Cabral of New Bedford, Lawn of Watertown, Toomey of Cambridge, Kaufman of Lexington, Heroux of Attleboro, Sannicandro of Ashland, DuBois of Brockton, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Collins of Boston, Khan of Newton, Scibak of South Hadley, Ultrino of Malden, Rogers of Cambridge, Benson of Lunenburg, O'Day of West Boylston, Silvia of Fall River, Schmid of Westport, Cassidy of Brockton, Barber of Somerville and Koczera of New Bedford move to amend the bill by inserting after section 50 the following section: - SECTION 51. Subsection (b) of section 13 of chapter 118 of the General Laws as added by section 19 of chapter 158 of the acts of 2014 is hereby amended by striking out the words: “prior to the applicant’s case approval” and by inserting in place thereof the following words: - within 60 days of application.
