Ms. DiZoglio of Methuen moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4800-0038, by adding at the end the following: “provided further that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the Methuen Athletic Improvement Committee’s Methuen Youth Center Committee for community outreach and other committee purposes.”
