Amendment #915 to H4200

Muscular Dystrophy Association/Fire Fighters

Ms. DiZoglio of Methuen moves to amend the bill by adding the following:

"SECTION XXXX.

Notwithstanding any General, Special Law or Provision of any law or rule to the contrary, that any member of the Professional Fire Fighters of Massachusetts who while during the solicitation of donations to such a worthy cause may do so in his/her uniform while on duty.

This amendment would allow firefighters in the Commonwealth to wear their uniforms while fundraising for a worthy cause."
