Amendment #920 to H4200

New Beginnings Youth Substance Abuse

Representatives Dykema of Holliston, Schmid of Westport, Khan of Newton, Malia of Boston, Walsh of Framingham, Linsky of Natick, Fox of Boston, Lombardo of Billerica, Ashe of Longmeadow and Stanley of Waltham move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by inserting after the words “district courts” the following: “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the New Beginnings program that targets youth at risk and in recovery in collaboration with school districts;” and in said item by striking out the figures “$126,588,987” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$126,688,987”
