Amendment #926 to H4200

Volunteer Income Tax Assistance

Representatives DiZoglio of Methuen, Devers of Lawrence, Moran of Lawrence, Donahue of Worcester, Chan of Quincy, Provost of Somerville and Madaro of Boston move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1201-0100, by adding the following: “; and provided, further, that not less than $800,000 shall be expended to organizations providing tax assistance services to individuals and families qualifying for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program, in partnership with the Internal Revenue Service, for the provision of said services”.
