Amendment #931 to H4200

On Site Academy Training Program Funding

Representatives Hay of Fitchburg, DiZoglio of Methuen, Benson of Lunenburg, Hecht of Watertown, Zlotnik of Gardner, Ferguson of Holden, Khan of Newton, Moran of Lawrence and Rosa of Leominster move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8324-0000, in line 9, by inserting after the word “option” the following  “provided further, that $200,000 shall be allocated to the On-Site Academy to provide training and treatment programs for correction officers from the department of correction for critical incident stress management; provided further, that  $400,000  to the On Site Academy to provide training and treatment programs for emergency personnel for critical incident stress management or substance abuse in fiscal year 2017”.
