Amendment #932 to H4200

Aquatic Invasive Species Control

Representatives Khan of Newton, Stanley of Waltham, Lawn of Watertown, Provost of Somerville and Balser of Newton move to amend the bill in section 2, in  item 2800-0100, in line 15, by inserting after the word "costs" the following: “provided further, that not less than $350,000 shall be expended for the purposes of aquatic invasive species control”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$4,269,319" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$4,619,319".
