Amendment #940 to H4200

Massachusetts Hospital School Summer Program

Representatives Galvin of Canton, Kafka of Stoughton, McMurtry of Dedham, Fiola of Fall River, Rogers of Norwood and Khan of Newton move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4590-0915, in line 3, by inserting after the words "pharmacy services" the following: "that not less than $300,000 of retained revenue be expended for the Massachusetts Hospital School Summer Program", and in said item by striking out the figures "$157,667,054" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$157,967,054".
