Apiary Inspection

Representatives Keefe of Worcester, Dykema of Holliston, Schmid of Westport, Vieira of Falmouth, Cantwell of Marshfield, Heroux of Attleboro, Smizik of Brookline, Donahue of Worcester, Ferguson of Holden, Mannal of Barnstable, McMurtry of Dedham, Khan of Newton, Gentile of Sudbury, Provost of Somerville, Rogers of Cambridge, Barber of Somerville and Hecht of Watertown move to amend the bill in section 2, item 2511-0100 by inserting after the word "department" the following:

"provided, that not less than $90,000 shall be expended for the apiary inspection program, which may conduct inspections beginning March 1st through November 30th".
