Mr. Petrolati of Ludlow moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 0332-0100, by adding the following: “provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended so that the newly created Hampden County Court House Advocacy

Committee can conduct an in depth feasibility study to help determine whether there is need for a new location or corrective action is possible to rehab the existing Hampden County Courthouse".
