Amendment #956 to H4200

Perfecting the Hospital Sunset Tax

Representatives Benson of Lunenburg, Walsh of Framingham and Gordon of Bedford move that the bill be amended by inserting at the end thereof the following 2 sections:

"SECTION 51. Section 19 is hereby repealed.

SECTION 52. Section 51 shall take effect on August 31, 2022.".
