Amendment #968 to H4200

Franklin County Opioid Task Force

Representatives Mark of Peru and Whipps Lee of Athol move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8910-0108, by adding after the word "office" the following new language:

", provided that not less than $300,000 shall be expended for the Franklin County Opioid Education and Awareness Task Force."

and further move that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 8910-0108, by striking out the figure "$15,049,298" and inserting in its place thereof "$15,349,298".
