Clarification to Hoisting Regulations

Representatives Campbell of Methuen, Mark of Peru, Tosado of Springfield, Cutler of Duxbury, McMurtry of Dedham, Ryan of Boston, Gordon of Bedford, Collins of Boston, Decker of Cambridge, Donahue of Worcester, Garballey of Arlington, Hunt of Boston, DiZoglio of Methuen and Moran of Lawrence move that the bill be amended in section 20 by inserting after subsection (g) the following:

“(h) Subsections (e) (f) (g) shall not apply to a public utility company or other company during the course of an employee strike or lockout.”.
