Amendment #976 to H4200

Northwestern District Attorney Anti-Crime Task Force

Representatives Scibak of South Hadley and Kocot of Northampton move to amend the bill in section 2, in line-item 0340-0600 by inserting the following language at the end thereof:

"provided further that no less than $112,260 shall be expended for the Northwestern District Attorney Anti-Crime Task Force"; and in said item by striking the following figure: $5,986,278" and inserting in place thereof the following figure: "$6,098,538".
