Amendment #978 to H4200

Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center

Representatives Fox of Boston, Holmes of Boston, Honan of Boston, Carvalho of Boston, Malia of Boston and Rushing of Boston move to amend the bill, in section 2, in line item 7515-0121, by striking the language and inserting in place thereof the following new language “For the Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center at Roxbury Community College; provided, that the college may expend an amount not to exceed $529,843 received from fees, rentals and facility expenses associated with the running and operation of national track meets, high school track meets, high school dual meets and other non-college related special athletic events; and provided further, that only expenses for event staff, contracted services, utilities, and other normal facility operating expenses associated with these events shall be funded from this item”.
