Clean drinking water in Webster - ice pigging

Mr. McKenna of Webster moves to amend the bill, in section 2, in item 1599-0093, by adding at the end thereof, "; provided, that $250,000 shall be expended for the ice-pigging pipe cleaning program in the Town of Webster."
