Amendment #987 to H4200

Secretary of the Commonwealth-Public Records Law Technical Assistance and Compliance

Mr. Kocot of Northampton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0511-0000, by adding at the end thereof the following:  "; provided, that $350,000 may be expended for the purpose of offering technical assistance to communities with populations less than 5,000 residents, to enable compliance with the public records law, and for additional costs incurred by the supervisor of public records related to implementing changes in said law"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$6,383,101" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$6,733,101".
