Dam and Seawall Repair or Removal Program

Representatives Cantwell of Marshfield, Schmid of Westport, Kocot of Northampton, Madden of Nantucket, Cutler of Duxbury, Calter of Kingston, Ashe of Longmeadow and Murphy of Weymouth move to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 2000-1700 the following item:

XXXX-XXXX For the executive office of energy and environmental affairs; provided that the office shall expend not less than $10,000,000 for the Dam and Seawall Repair and Removal Fund....$10,000,000
