To Recapitalize the Brownfields Redevelopment Fund

Representatives Walsh of Framingham, DiZoglio of Methuen, Heroux of Attleboro, Schmid of Westport, Fiola of Fall River, Rogers of Cambridge, Pignatelli of Lenox, Moran of Lawrence, Khan of Newton, Dykema of Holliston, Cabral of New Bedford, Koczera of New Bedford, Sannicandro of Ashland and Malia of Boston move to amend the bill in section 2 by adding the following item:

"7007-0210 For the Purpose of the Brownfields Redevelopment Fund established pursuant to Section 29A of Chapter 23G of the General Laws 2016 .……..$15,000,000".
