Amendment #1 to H4263

Floor Amendment

Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill moves to amend House, No. 4263 in section 1 by striking out the last sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:-

“No further deductions shall be made from the regular compensation of Gary Sibilia or David Gendron pursuant to chapter 32 of the General Laws for any service subsequent to the date each officer reaches 65 years of age, and upon retirement, each shall receive a superannuation retirement allowance equal to that which he would have been entitled had he retired at the age of 65.”
